I so hate this guy. Really. He's located way the hell down a long canyon that opens along the north wall of East Karana. Once you get your scabbard and never have to go back down there again, you will be soooooo happy. I swear to god. I hate this guy.
Although I do admit that the way he sorta freaks out when you give him the Hand of the Maestro is amusing.
