Meetings are at 1PM on the second Saturday of the month. The location changes from month to month; The location of the next meeting is generally listed in the current newsletter, Current Newsletter

Emphasis is on having a good time, so meetings are informal affairs. A typical agenda is:
| An hour or so of chatting and inspecting projects or other items people have brought with them. If you have a project in any stage of completion, please bring it! |
| Brief business meeting (Typically 15 minutes or less) |
| Program. Some of these have included demonstration of blacksmithing, description and demonstration of how to automate a machine tool for CNC, and description of patternmaking techniques. |
| Auction. The items at auction are usually odds and ends supplied by members, and the proceeds go into the group treasury. If someone brings a larger item for auction and prefers to retain the proceeds, this is also welcome. |
| A final period of chatting, until the last dog dies or the place closes. |
Coffee and cookies are generally on hand.
